• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Design Lead to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Product Design Lead, you will oversee and drive the design strategy, ensure exceptional user experiences, and lead a team of talented designers. Your creativity, leadership abilities, and passion for user-centric design will be crucial in shaping and driving the design vision for our products and organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product design strategy in alignment with the overall product vision and goals.
• Define and communicate design principles, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
• Lead and mentor a team of product designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
• Assign design tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform the design process and drive user-centric decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints, translating them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Create high-quality design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs, using industry-standard design tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with development and product roadmap.
• Establish and enforce design standards, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all products.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team to maintain design excellence.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in design processes and methodologies.
• Drive continuous learning and professional development within the design team.
• Other duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Design Lead or similar role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful product designs.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and user research methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment where deadlines are respected.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
