Product Development Intern at Tyrus Technologies

• We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Development Intern to join our team. As a Product Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our product management team to assist in the development and enhancement of our products. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and also, offers the option of retention.

Responsibilities

As a full-time intern, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in product development and management processes.
• Collaborating with the product team to create specifications, wireframes, and user stories.
• Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and documenting results.
• Participating in product launch support activities.
• Collaborating with the QA team to develop and execute test plans.
• Providing technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• NYSC/Recent graduate
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of gathering and interpreting data.
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of product management concepts and methodologies, including Agile principles and the Scrum framework is advantageous.
• Exhibits familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and comprehends their application in product development.
• Maintains a detail-oriented mindset, adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
• Preferably possesses basic knowledge of product management concepts and methodologies.
• Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Displays a passion for technology and product development, coupled with a strong desire to learn and advance in the field.
• Exhibits a collaborative and team-oriented attitude, capable of working effectively in a cross-functional setting.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, displaying initiative and proactivity in task completion.
• Previous internship experience in product management or a related field is advantageous.
