Job Summary

• We seek an experienced Production Manager to oversee production operations at our pure water factory in Benin.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet demand.
• Coordinate with sales and procurement teams.

Production Operations:

• Manage production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Supervise production staff.

Quality Control:

• Implement quality control measures.
• Conduct regular quality checks.

Maintenance and Repair:

• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Ensure optimal equipment performance.

Supply Chain Management:

• Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials.
• Manage inventory.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Implement safety protocols.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate the production team.
• Conduct performance evaluations.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare production reports.
• Analyze production data for process improvements.

Requirement

• The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in a reputable production company in Nigeria.
