Qualifications

• HND / BS c/ B.A / B.Ed in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or other related Social Sciences.
• A Master’s degree in Project Management
• A Master’s in a business-related course is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & MS Project. ✓ Must have strong understanding and demonstrate use of Project Management Methodologies
• PMP / PRINCE II certification or COREN

Relevant Experience:

• At least 8 years proven working experience as a Project Administrator, at least 5 of which should be as a Project Manager.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills ✓ Negotiation skills to develop productive relationships with clients
• The ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills ✓ Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities ✓ The ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations
• Proven ability to work under stress in emergencies; flexibility to handle pressure coming from all directions simultaneously
• Strong team-orientated interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people at all levels ✓ Self-motivated and able to work under little supervision.
