Job Overview

• We are seeking ambitious and resourceful NYSC Corps Members to join us as entry-level real estate agents.
• This role is tailored for individuals passionate about real estate and sales, especially in the short-let property market.
• You will be at the forefront of growing our portfolio by onboarding short-let homeowners and facilitating successful check-ins to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard short-let property owners to list their properties on our e-commerce platform.
• Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
• Educate property owners on the benefits of our platform and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Work with renters to ensure smooth check-ins and exceptional customer experiences.
• Use sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
• Promote listed properties across online and offline channels to attract renters.
• Monitor market trends in the short-let property industry to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (currently serving as an NYSC corps member).
• Strong interest in the real estate industry, particularly the short-let market.
• Basic sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools for property promotion.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
