Summary

• We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Appraiser to join our team at Wilmar Group.
• As a Real Estate Appraiser, you’ll be responsible for conducting appraisals of residential and commercial properties, including analyzing market data, inspecting properties, and preparing appraisal reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct appraisals of residential and commercial properties, including analyzing market data, inspecting properties, and preparing appraisal reports
• Analyze market trends, sales data, and other relevant information to determine property values
• Inspect properties to gather data on condition, size, and amenities
• Prepare and submit appraisal reports to clients, including lenders, investors, and property owners
• Stay up-to-date with changes in appraisal regulations, laws, and industry standards.

Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in real estate appraisal or related field
• Certified Residential or Commercial Appraiser designation (e.g. CRA, CCA)
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, appraisal principles, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and market trends
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 monthly.
