Job Description
- As a Receptionist and Guest Experience Expert, your primary responsibility will be to provide courteous and memorable experience that is unique to all our guest.
- You will be expected to greet guests in a warm and friendly manner and be a true ambassador for excellent service that guide guest through their entire stay, dealing with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face-to-face or over the telephone, the receptionist and Guest Experience Expert makes transaction feel like part of the experience.
Responsibilities
- Creating a safe work place
- Delivering a fast and efficient check-in and check-out service and ensuring that all guest requests are handled in a polite and efficient manner
- Assisting with rooming and delivering in-apartment amenities, escorting guests to their apartments and providing an overview of the room features, including in-room technology
- Maintaining guests’ profiles updated to have an accurate source of information regarding their needs and preferences
- Coordinating our guest services on a daily basis, such as pre-arrival emails, personalised guest experiences, apartment inspections, special apartment setups, amenities coordination, follow-up during their stay, post-stay follow-up, etc.
- Maintaining a constant knowledge of the area, including restaurants, bars, galleries, exhibitions, concerts, shops, etc. You should have an up-to-date database of the trendiest establishments in the city and be able to suggest to our Guest the most elite recommendations and provide exclusive reservations
- Efficiently dealing with all administrative tasks of the Front of House, ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts and invoicing/debiting of guests’ debit cards and cash handling
- Being an ambassador and making sure that the good neighbourhood policies are considered and respected by our guests.
- Assist other departments, as necessary
- Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role in the hotel industry or luxury guest services or customer focused environment beneficial but not essential
- Customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- A team player with a motivational spirit, highly appreciated to achieve a high level of service
- English language skills are much appreciated
- A self-starter who is creative, highly driven, and results-oriented with the ability to be proactive and reactive to both anticipated and sudden changes
- A high level of personal integrity and confidentiality
- A willingness to have a flexible working pattern to fit in with the needs of the business
- A friendly and positive can-do attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Preferably Female
- Proximity to Ojodu or willingness to relocate or renumeration plus accomodation
Salary
- N60,000 – N100,000 / Month.
