Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsiblities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about services, pricing, and turnaround times.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Process customer transactions, including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer service attitude
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess OND / HND / Degree qualification with 2 to 6 years relevant experience.
- Candidates must be residents of Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Obalende, Iyana Oworo, Gbagada, Bariga, Costain, Maryland and its environs.
Salary:
- N90,000 – N120,000 per month.
