Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing bookings, check-ins, and check-outs professionally.
- Greet and assist guests.
- Handle bookings and reservations.
- Answer phone calls and manage inquiries.
- Maintain front desk organization and records.
Education / Experience:
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification
- Experience in a front desk role is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Multitasking and attention to detail.
Other Requirements:
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
