Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, courteous, and well-presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment.
  • The ideal candidate will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. This role is key to creating a lasting first impression and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the hotel management system.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding bookings, services, and facilities.
  • Manage room and table reservations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest service.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues politely and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain records of guest stays, payments, and ID documentation.
  • Assist with billing, cash handling, and reporting duties.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or guest service personnel is preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations; knowledge of hotel reservation software is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of hospitality services and guest management.
