Title: Receptionist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description/Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, and managing inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Performing basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Education
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1+ years relevant work experience.
Other Requirements:
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Familiarity with specific software or systems used in the organization may be required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office equipment.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary
- N150,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
