Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and professional Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos Mainland.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Manage front desk activities and maintain a tidy, organized reception area.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information.
- Maintain appointment schedules and assist with administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve concerns with tact and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Representative.
- Fluent in English, well-spoken, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a graduate from a recognized university (B.Sc./HND).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
