Job Title: Reconciliations Officer
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Role Overview
- We’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Reconciliations Officer to support both our administrative functions and financial operations.
- This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is organized, good with numbers, and eager to support business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records of all disbursements.
- Reconcile petty cash balances and request replenishments as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies.
- Monitor utility usage and coordinate timely payments to service providers.
- Liaise with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and general office needs.
- Reconcile daily sales from all sales channels.
- Update transaction data into the company’s accounting or ERP systems.
- Confirm and track payments from customers across bank transfers, POS, and mobile platforms.
- Report payment discrepancies or delays to the finance department.
- Assist in tracking inventory movement between warehouse and sales points.
- Update internal systems to reflect real-time stock and inventory status.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions (both physical and digital).
- File and organize office documentation, invoices, and receipts.
- Support the finance team with weekly bank and sales reconciliations.
- Prepare supporting documents and assist during internal or external audits.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office workflow.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in admin, reconciliations, or finance support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity with accounting or inventory software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- High attention to detail and integrity in handling cash and financial data.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Salary
- N100,000 – N130,000 per month.
