Job Title: Record Management Officer/Operations Support

Job Summary

  • Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about operational excellence in HR? Join our team as a Record Management Officer / Operations Support, where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee records, processing benefits, and ensuring seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize both physical and electronic filing systems
  • Maintain accurate recruitment, training, and onboarding documentation
  • Implement and support the e-filing system
  • Prepare and process employee benefits and regulatory remittances
  • Maintain up-to-date training reports and support onboarding experiences
  • Provide timely resolution and retrieval of HR-related documents
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, NSITF, NHF, tax consultants).

Key Success Metrics

  • 100% accuracy in reports and memos
  • 100% prompt regulatory remittances processing
  • Full compliance with HR operational procedures and benefit processing.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, record management, or administrative support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and file management skills (both physical and electronic)
  • Familiarity with employee benefits processing and regulatory remittances (e.g., NSITF, NHF, PAYE)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with HR documentation and onboarding support is an added advantage

Salary

  • N275,000 Monthly. (Net).
