Job Overview

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our recruitment team.
• This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting the team in sourcing and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
• Support in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Help maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Assist in conducting reference checks and preparing offer letters as required.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 0 – 1 year work experience
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online job platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

• N100,000 monthly.
