Job Title: Regional Agent Network Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Regional Agent Network Officer is responsible for driving the growth, productivity, and compliance of agent networks within an assigned region.
- This role involves onboarding new agents, monitoring their activities, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring that agents deliver quality financial services in line with the company’s standards.
- The ideal candidate is a field-oriented, performance-driven individual with experience in agent management and digital financial services.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents within the assigned region.
- Train agents on service delivery, transaction processes, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor agent performance and transaction volumes to ensure target achievement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, or related field.
- Knowledge of digital financial services, POS transactions, and KYC compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Must be 23 years or below.
