Job Title: Relationship Manager (Team Lead)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Relationship Manager (Team Lead) to increase the number of High-Net Worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra High-Net Worth Individual (UHNI) clients, while preserving solid ties with current clients, this position will concentrate on acquiring new customers through recommendations and the bank’s value chain.

Job objective (s)

  • Applies financial acumen and economic knowledge to help a high-net-worth client reach short-term investment goals or long-term retirement objectives

Reporting Relationships:

  • Functionally reports to: Division Head
  • Administratively reports to: Division Head
  • Supervises: N/A.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Aggressive growth of the deposit portfolio of the group in line with set targets.
  • Develop structured financial solutions from routine opportunities.
  • Management of existing customer relationships for effective wealth creation.
  • Timely implementation of customers’ instructions e.g. cheque encashment, funds transfers, cheque/account confirmations, etc.
  • Maintain top quality Risk Assets.
  • Follow up on transactions with units handling them.
  • Review credit proposals for presentations to management for approval.
  • Account review and monitoring.
  • Follow up on facility repayment and recovery of delinquent accounts.
  • Daily calls on customers – physically and/or by phone.
  • Daily call log of activities to supervisor and division head.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Quality and volume of Risk assets.
  • Turnaround time on customer’s requests.
  • Number of new accounts converted in a review period.
  • Turnover on accounts.
  • Timeliness in the delivery of required data to the Telecoms group.
  • Number of documented customer complaints in a review period.

Qualifications

  • Minimum educational level: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or Humanities or HND with a Master’s Degree
  • Minimum requisite experience: 3 years of working experience in a relevant field.

Salary Budget
N20,000,000 – N31,000,000 Annual Gross.
