Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Opening and closing savings and checking accounts.
  • Cross-selling financial services and products.
  • Resolving customer complaints.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
  • Conducting market research on rival products.
  • Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
  • Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
  • Maintaining client relations.
  • Tracked sales data to ensure the company met sales quotas.
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
  • Assisting customers with their banking needs.
  • Escalating issues to the supervisors, when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum BSC in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales and Procurement, Banking & Finance, Economics, and/or related professional qualifications.
  • The Preferred candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience (in Financial Institutions- Commercial Banks, MFBs, PFA, Insurance Companies, etc.)

Salary

  • N180,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
