Job Title: Retail Station Manager
Location: Lagos (Free Trade Zone – Ibeju Lekki) & Kano

Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retail Station Manager to oversee operations at our retail station.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the station runs smoothly, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail station, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage and lead a team of attendants, conducting training and performance evaluations.
- Develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.
Measurable KPIs
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction scores (feedback ratings or surveys).
- Staff turnover rate and training completion rates.
- Inventory shrinkage percentage.
- Operational compliance score (audit results).
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A masters degree will be an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.
Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for service excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
