Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Analyst who will take the initiative to generate leads, convert them into paying customers, and oversee the analysis, forecasting, monitoring, optimization, and reporting of growth metrics and split-test results. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and reports to the Sales Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Discover and develop growth opportunities and sales channels. Lead the acquisition of merchants and POS terminal sales across various sectors, implementing strategies to enhance sales income.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads, convert them into paying customers, and ensure that new customers are onboarded and retained effectively.
  • Monthly Revenue Growth: Drive monthly revenue growth through efficient management of partners and merchants.
  • Metrics Definition: Define key goals and metrics to evaluate growth successes and failures.
  • Growth Strategies: Collaborate with marketing, sales, PR, and product teams to plan and implement growth strategies.
  • Offline Sales Program: Initiate, manage, and expand our offline sales program and team.
  • Partnership Building: Build strong relationships with key growth partners.
  • Product Growth: Drive growth across our various product offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of growing at least one product to significant scale with commendable revenue generation.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-driven and capable of independently accomplishing tasks.
  • Motivational skills to coordinate and inspire a team.
  • Passion for the digital economy, data, payments, small businesses, and financial systems.
  • Background in Fintech, SaaS, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Comfortable with the dynamic nature of a startup environment, taking imperfect growth systems to full execution.
