Job Title: Sales and Customer Success Assistant
Location: Iganmu, Lagos

Job Summary
- As a Sales and Customer Service Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding our market presence.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
- A passion for the film industry and a keen interest in sales and marketing are essential.
- Our ideal candidate must also have at least one year of proven experience in a sales or marketing role.
Reponsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule screenings, meetings, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate is expected to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Higher National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or in a related field;
- 1-year proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles;
- Professional qualifications, certifications, and memberships are an added advantage;
- Must reside in Lagos;
- Must have completed NYSC.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail;
- Proficient in the use of Google Workspace;
- Proficient in the use of marketing and sales optimization techniques;
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Excellent time management and organization skills;
- Ability to work with minimal or zero supervision.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly plus commissions.
