Role Description

  • Are you a goal-driven professional with a passion for sales and marketing? We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the hotel’s services and packages to attract corporate, group, and leisure clients.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase room occupancy, event bookings, and F&B sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on sales leads and enquiries.
  • Organize hotel promotions, campaigns, and online marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the hotel’s social media platforms and support digital advertising efforts.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and track performance against targets.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, room sales, and banquet/event marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel reservation/sales systems.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for service excellence.

Salary

  • N250,000 /Month plus commission
