Role Description
- Are you a goal-driven professional with a passion for sales and marketing? We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the hotel’s services and packages to attract corporate, group, and leisure clients.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase room occupancy, event bookings, and F&B sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on sales leads and enquiries.
- Organize hotel promotions, campaigns, and online marketing initiatives.
- Manage the hotel’s social media platforms and support digital advertising efforts.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and track performance against targets.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, room sales, and banquet/event marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel reservation/sales systems.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for service excellence.
Salary
- N250,000 /Month plus commission
