Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Lagos

What You Will Do

• Attend to incoming customers to ensure they have a great experience every time they walk through our doors
• Drive instore sales maximizing footfalls and other channels to achieve set targets
• Adhere to company procedure and playbook in discharging duties
• Maintain a thorough product knowledge including fabrics, styles and designs
• Handle customer issues and complaints in line with company policy
• Cooperate with team members to achieve collective objectives
• Provide periodic reports on Sales and Store activities

Requirements
What you need:

• A minimum of OND
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Previous experience in Sales and good appreciation of Sales Psychology
• Good personal grooming and a sense of style
• Computer literacy desired but not mandatory.
