Title: Sales Branch Manager
Location: Benin City, Edo

- We are looking for a results-driven Sales Branch Manager to ensure that sales goals are met and office tasks are completed successfully in a timely manner.
- The Branch Managers will be responsible for monitoring sales and creating sales reports, training, and managing staff, and asking clients for feedback.
- Ensure all staff correctly interpret and implement any instructions given to them.
- Coach and supervise all branch staff on ways to increase sales and provide high-quality customer service.
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend salaries review for staff.
- Initiate new business and sustain existing businesses with the bank
- Continually strive to create profitable businesses through proactive cross-selling and relationship enhancement
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to strategize and plan ahead.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
