• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and advertising, and promoting the services of Stretford Hill Limited. To also ensure overseeing the day to day marketing activities of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Sound knowledge of the Construction industry and an excellent background in Sales & Marketing.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, and motivate.
• Experience in planning and implementing marketing & sales strategies
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective clients and advise on appropriate purchase options
• Identify target audience and devise marketing campaigns across channels that drives leads generation.
• Source for business contracts and potential deals.
• Monitor the day-to-day sales operations of the company.
• Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a Marketing or Sales Officer in a similar industry.
• BSc/BA degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Institute of Sales and Marketing Management of Nigeria Certification.
• Confident and dynamic personality.
• Sales planning and market knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills
• Sound time management skills.
