Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports on client activities, sales performance, and progress against targets.
• Participate in mandatory continuous self-development training programs, managed by industry partners.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2+ years relevant work experience.
