Job Title: Sales Country Leader

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Develop and implement country-specific sales and business development strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, risks, and trends to inform business strategy.
  • Establish the company as a leader in the sector through innovative solutions and a customer first approach.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and team leadership (8+ years).
  • Strong understanding of the country’s market dynamics, regulatory environment, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within Nigeria, Africa & international to a total of up to 50%.

Salary

  • N1,3000,000 – N1,600,000 / Month.
