Job Description
Client Acquisition and Prospecting:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients such as event planners, corporate clients, travel agents, and tourists to promote the venue’s services and offerings.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Presenting the property’s services, such as accommodation, meeting facilities, dining options, and event spaces to prospective clients.
- They tailor proposals to meet the specific needs of clients, including pricing and package options.
Managing Corporate and Group Bookings:
- Handling group bookings for corporate events, conferences, weddings, and other large gatherings.
- They often negotiate rates and create customized packages for these clients.
Maintaining Client Relationships:
- Building long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring they have a positive experience, and encouraging repeat business or referrals.
Achieving Revenue Targets:
- Meeting sales quotas by driving bookings for rooms, events, dining, and other services.
- They work closely with the marketing and revenue management teams to align efforts.
Market Research:
- Understanding the local market, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive.
Sales Reporting:

Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree or HND with 3 – 7 years of work experience.
