Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Summary:
- We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our training academy. In this role, you will drive student enrollment, build strong relationships with prospective clients, and promote our tech courses and programs.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a keen understanding of sales strategies, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Purpose
- To increase student enrollment and revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective learners into paying customers.
- Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and promoting the academy’s tech programs to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
- Support the academy’s mission to empower individuals with in-demand tech skills.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned targets.
- Cold calling leads generated by the marketing department
- Generate new sales, maintain recurrent database, and create new recurrent opportunities
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries
- Cultivate solid relationships with all our key customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc in any discipline
- 2-3 years post NYSC relevant experiences (Business Development, Sales)
- Must be able to resume in January.
- Must stay within Ikeja axis
