Job Summary

• We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
• The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives
• Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in Industrial equipment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
