Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
