Job Title: Sales Manager – Transformer Sales
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales of transformers (distribution, power, and special application types).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in line with company targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote transformer products to both new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the utility, industrial, and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in B2B sales of electrical equipment, preferably transformers.
- Strong understanding of transformer engineering / technologies and applications.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred:
- Experience working with power utility / distribution companies (Discos), Property developer, industrial clients, rural electrification agency and Project.
- Technical certification or training related to transformers or electrical distribution systems.
