Agri Seed Co Nigeria Limited is a joint venture between Seed West Africa Limited (a subsidiary of Seed Co International Limited, a public listed company incorporated in Zimbabwe and quoted on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange) and Saro AgroSciences Limited a leading Nigeria Agro Input Provider.

Job Title: Sales Node Account Officer

Location: Saminaka, Kaduna

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Organise Collection from sales and Confirmation of Sales Inflow
• Ensure all inflows are uniquely identified to sales invoice
• Reporting on all ARD receivables
• Monitor ageing of trade debts
• Advise on timing of stock retrieval for each ARD Debt
• Capture sales with relevant documents as it occurs.
• Sell immediately through sage,Post all sales, payments and returns
• Monthly report of total expenditure at Node vis a vis sales revenue generated and collections made
• Post on Google doc stock balances at end of day
• Stock card update and reorder level monitoring
• Reported cash position daily on Google doc and make remittances to the Bank Daily. File proof of payments.
• Ensure all retailers have completed their KYC form, properly signed with their individual passports
• The KYC forms must be dormiciled at the Corporate Office
• All discounts to ARD must be vetted and should only be applied to dealers who have complete documentations
• No discounts must be given to dealers not on the approved credit list for ARD for the financial year
• Sales on credit must be within aprroved limits. Any extra credit must have authorisation
• Carry out germination test for seeds in the node.Record and report status
