Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our finance team.
  • As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients to deliver exceptional financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to deliver exceptional customer service and increase sales.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office application.

Salary

  • N350,000 monthly.
