Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the company’s sales efforts, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You will identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
- Actively engage with prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs.
- Convert leads generated from various platforms, such as social media and referrals, into successful sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice on product use and benefits.
Market Outreach:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, or messages to reach potential customers.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inquiries in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management review.
- Manage orders, including processing payments and coordinating with logistics teams for delivery.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and product improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the beauty, haircare, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Knowledge of the haircare or beauty industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Environment:
- Flexible work setup, including remote or office-based options.
- Availability to work weekends or evenings as needed to meet customer demands.
Salary
N80,000 / month.
Compensation:
- Base salary with attractive sales commissions.
- Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities.
