Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team
• You will be responsible for driving sales while also ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers, both online and in-person, to drive sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Present and sell products and services, effectively communicating their benefits and value.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely support through various communication channels (phone, email, in-person).
• Process orders and transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-purchase concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about company promotions, services, and policies
• Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Key Requirements

• Educational Qualification: High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree].
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Proven sales abilities and a customer-first attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
• A positive and friendly demeanor with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic knowledge of sales tracking systems.
