Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in Education or its equivalent with PGDE
- Minimum of 10 consistent years in education with at least 5 years previous experience as a principal or in management position from a reputable school
- Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Crisis management and ability to coach and inspire
