Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Education or its equivalent with PGDE
• Minimum of 10 consistent years in education with at least 5 years previous experience as a principal or in management position from a reputable school
• Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Crisis management and ability to coach and inspire
