Job Title: Secretary

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and organized Secretary who is Computer literate and also skilled in social media management.
  • The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage social media platforms, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required
  • Plan, create, and schedule posts on various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries.
  • Track social media analytics and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and suggest strategies for audience engagement.
  • Proficiently use office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Handle basic graphic design tools for content creation (e.g., Canva, etc.)
  • Manage and update the company’s website or blog, if required.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to office equipment or software.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 2 years in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,etc.).
  • Proficiency in office software and social media management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design and content creation tools is a plus.
  • Any Bachelor’s Degree / diploma in any field
  • Experience in social media management is an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 monthly, (plus allowance and benefits).
