Job Title: Secretary
Location: Ajah, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings, client meetings, and internal events.
- Maintain organised filing systems for property documents, contracts, and client files.
- Prepare and format real estate documents such as lease agreements, sales contracts, and property listings.
- Assist in updating and managing online property listings on websites and social media platforms.
- Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for senior staff and visiting clients.
- Track office inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 3 – 10 years work experience.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of real estate management software (e.g., CRM) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Salary
- N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
