Job Title: Secretary

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings, client meetings, and internal events.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for property documents, contracts, and client files.
  • Prepare and format real estate documents such as lease agreements, sales contracts, and property listings.
  • Assist in updating and managing online property listings on websites and social media platforms.
  • Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for senior staff and visiting clients.
  • Track office inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 3 – 10 years work experience.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of real estate management software (e.g., CRM) is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
