Job Title: Secretary/Receptionist
Location: Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary of Responsibilities
- Oversee general office administration.
- Ensure smooth and professional front desk operations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, customers, and clients.
- Organize and maintain databases, filing systems, and all incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure easy access and proper documentation.
- Prepare and manage office documentation, including typing and taking minutes during meetings, compiling and preparing detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries
- Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels and timely procurement of necessary items e.t.c
Academic Qualification and Skills
- HND / BSc in social science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
- Strong organisation skills and good attention to details.
- Basic office administrative exposure.
- Good communication skill i.e both verbal and written.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with less supervision.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
