Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant

Locations: Ikoyi, Lekki – Lagos

Reports To: COO & HR

Job Summary

  • An experienced Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support, streamlining office operations, managing correspondence, schedules, and ensuring efficiency in daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
  • Maintain confidential files and documents.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal team members professionally.
  • Assist in coordinating company events and projects.

Measurable KPIs

  • Response time to correspondence (target: within 24 hours).
  • Accuracy and completeness of reports/documents.
  • Calendar management efficiency.
  • Internal satisfaction rating (target: 90% positive feedback).

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience supporting senior management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling software, and email management.
  • Certification in Office Administration or Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP Junior) is a plus.
