Job Description
- We seek a goal-driven Finance Manager who will be responsible for strengthening the company’s position through profitable strategies by assessing and applying prudent financial practices, and monitoring and enforcing compliance with finance-related laws, procedures and regulations such as tax filing and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop financial management mechanisms to minimize financial risk, manage budgets, cash flow, and investments. Analyse market trends to maximize profits, find expansion opportunities, and review financial reports to identify opportunities to reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements
- Coordinate and work with external auditors, tax officers, bank, and other officials for reconciliation of tax balances Undertake monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts with sub-ledgers and detailed listings. Review monthly value added tax returns.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly financial management and business activity reports, forecasts, statutory financial statements, business income tax calculation and filing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing or finance
- Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience with demonstrated 8 years relevant experience in the Accounting or Auditing field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with strong analytical skills and good business sense
- Proactive, independent, able to work under pressure and a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Extremely organized, strong attention to detail with demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
