Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Equity-Only)

Location: Remote

About the Project

• We are building an AI Copilot for Job Applications. The product is currently in development with a growing team of volunteer contributors and early prototypes in place.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead the end-to-end development of the platform (frontend & backend).
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and database systems.
• Implement responsive UI components using frameworks like Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate AI models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the product manager, AI engineers, and UI/UX designers.
• Contribute to strategic decisions and the technical roadmap.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Node.js, Express, NestJs
• Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Cloud/DevOps: Vercel, AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions
• AI Tools: OpenAI API

Who You Are

• Knowledge of system design, CI/CD pipelines, or devops practices.
• Experience managing a team
• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.Js, and Nestjs.
• Experience building and consuming APIs.
• Comfortable working in early-stage environments with minimal structure.
• Passion for solving real-world problems through technology.
• Interested in joining a founding team and earning equity-based ownership.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML or integrating LLMs.
• Prior work in job-tech, career services, or HR platforms.
