Summary
- Pulse is looking for a Senior Sales Digital Growth Strategist to join our team in Nigeria who will drive revenue growth for Pulse by developing and pitching winning creative digital strategies for clients to solve their business challenges and aid them in achieving their marketing goals and objectives.
- Our Senior Digital Growth Strategists drive commercial opportunities among top brands by prospecting, nurturing leads and networking with customers and client-side decision-makers to close deals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to pitch solutions.
- Establish high-level contacts and follow the defined sales process.
- Pitch tailored digital solutions and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve customer goals.
- Maintain client engagement to identify upsell and new business opportunities.
- Develop internal strategies to strengthen Pulse brand’s market presence and competitiveness
- Ensure smooth communication and processes across teams, focusing on Account Management.
- Contribute to team learning and knowledge sharing within the Nigerian team and across Africa.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, tools and data-driven sales techniques.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, business management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in Digital, Creative, Media, Marketing, SaaS, or Advertising industries.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Proficient in digital marketing software like HubSpot.
- Knowledge of social media networks and media marketing methods.
- Excellent networking and key client relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Zoho CRM is desirable.
- Portfolio of previous marketing projects.
