Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary
- A highly experienced Sales Manager with a track record of exceeding targets leads the sales team, develops strategic plans, and builds client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Measurable KPIs
- Revenue growth percentage.
- Client acquisition rate.
- Client retention rate (>85%).
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Sales pipeline conversion rate.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with proven leadership in construction or related sectors.
- Certifications in Advanced Sales Techniques or strategic selling (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person – CPSP) are advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
