Job Title: Senior Secretary

Job Responsibilities
- Transcribe and document high level meetings, ensuring legal accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Supervise junior secretarial staff and provide mentorship.
- Manage confidential client and financial information with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate complex schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior executives.
- Support senior legal executives with advanced administrative tasks, including project management and compliance reporting.
- Compile and verify documentation for loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or HND degree in Law or related field.
- Must have between 10-15 years’ experience with a focus on mortgage banking or related financial services.
- A certificate would be an added advantage (e.g. ICSR)
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage banking regulations, and legal procedures
- Proven track record of effective communication and organizational skills.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite, transcription tools, and legal software.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
