Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team.
- This individual will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence, fostering community engagement, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social-media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored for various platforms.
- Manage the content calendar and schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Monitor online conversations and foster a positive brand community.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Use data insights to optimize content and strategies.
- Work closely with the design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Partner with influencers and other brands for collaborations.
- Ensure a content aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
