Role Overview
- We’re seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to build and maintain a strong online presence for Jobnest.io.
- You will create engaging content, leverage trends, and drive community engagement across our digital platforms. This role is perfect for a digital storyteller, a strategic mindset, brand storytelling, and the ability to work seamlessly within a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Jobnest.io’s brand and growth objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage a mix of text, image, and video content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), using your preferred video editing tools.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously optimize engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Quickly identify and leverage social media trends and viral opportunities to keep Jobnest.io at the forefront of digital conversations.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to test, promote, and provide feedback on new and existing platform features, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging.
- Work with marketing, product, and design teams to align social media content with broader campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Define and regularly refine our buyer personas to create content and campaigns tailored specifically to Jobnest.io’s target audience and optimize product offerings accordingly.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional manner and nurturing a positive brand image.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the recruitment or SaaS industry.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, trends, and strategies, especially in video content creation and editing.
- Demonstrated experience with video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other preferred software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling, on-brand content.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics and KPI tracking tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- A team player with a collaborative mindset who works well across departments, especially with product and development teams.
- Ability to independently define and refine buyer personas, creating targeted campaigns and messaging.
- Ability to think and act quickly, leveraging current social media trends to elevate brand visibility.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and able to adapt to evolving priorities.
