Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to develop and manage our brand’s online presence.
- The ideal candidate will create engaging content, grow our audience, and ensure effective brand communication across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on current industry benchmarks, trends, and audience preferences to inform strategy.
- Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Set specific objectives for social media campaigns and provide detailed ROI reports.
- Create, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content, including original text, photos, videos, and news.
- Monitor SEO performance and web traffic metrics to optimize content reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Engage with followers by responding to queries promptly and monitoring customer reviews.
- Oversee the design of social media accounts, including timeline covers, profile pictures, and website layouts.
- Suggest and implement innovative features, such as promotions and competitions, to enhance brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, social media trends, design tools, and applications.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement and customer inquiries.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
