Job Title: Solar Engineer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • Our client is looking for a Solar Engineer to design and implement renewable energy solutions for projects ranging from Primary Health Care centers to large Commercial & Industrial sites. If you’re passionate about sustainable energy and innovation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site assessments & feasibility studies
  • Design & develop solar power systems based on energy needs
  • Oversee installation & commissioning of solar projects
  • Troubleshoot & optimize solar system performance
  • Ensure compliance with codes, standards & industry best practices
  • Provide technical support & collaborate with project teams

What We’re Looking for

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (2:1 or above)
  • 7+ years experience in solar power design, installation & maintenance
  • COREN certification & Renewable Energy training (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Proficiency in solar design software & AUTOCAD
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting & reporting skills
  • Ability to travel for project implementation

Salary

  • N400,000 – N450,000 per month.
